Your phone is answered.
That includes the one at 11:48 last night.
It answers at 2 AM, on Saturday, and while you are already on another call.

In depth
Everything it does happens on six screens.
One call in the middle of the night, and what it has turned into by 7:12 the next morning. Four of the screens are yours and the last two are your customer’s. Take the phone whenever you want it.
Dana Whitfield, the addresses and the times are made up for this page. The screens are the ones that ship.
11:48 PM
It answers, and writes down what the client said.
- It wrote 22 Merrill Rd.
11:49 PM
It only offers hours you actually work.
- So it offered 7:30.
7:02 AM
You wake up to a day already built.
- One is already on your day.
7:12 AM
One tap tells the client you are coming.
- The client got 7:26 and a map.

What it heard
Dana
“My water heater is leaking all over the basement floor.”
Etta
“I can get someone there at 7:30 in the morning. What is the address?”
Dana
“Twenty-two Merrill, Brookfield.”
Wrote it down as 22 Merrill Rd, Brookfield.
Etta
“22 Merrill Road, Brookfield. You will get a text before he leaves.”

One call, end to end.
A silent film: one call, from the ring to the text that says he is on his way.
The call it answered, in the order it happened.
Thursday, 11:48 PM
- Etta Picks up on the second ring. Northside HVAC, said in your business's name, at 11:48 at night.
- Caller Says what is wrong. Water heater, leaking, basement floor.
- Etta Asks the one question that books the job. The address, and then it reads the address back.
- Caller Corrects it. One number was wrong. Both versions stay on the record.
- Etta Offers the first slot that is really free. 7:30 the next morning — nothing else on the day moved.
- Caller Gets a text before hanging up. One message, one link, and the link is what updates itself when you are running late.
One call, written out. The name, the times and the address are made up for this page; the screens are the app's own.
One call, end to end
You were under a sink for all of this.
A call that came in at 8:41 on a Monday night, and everything that happened because of it.

You tap once. The client is told 14 minutes.
The client stops wondering. You did not call them.
A phone showing the app screens from this call: the incoming call, the transcript with the corrected address, the booked job, the confirmation text, the next morning's day list, and the on-my-way text.
The screen beside the rail is the one from that step.
The first five times are inside one call; the last two are the next morning.

Everything it does
Six things it handles, and it says no to the rest.
Every one of them has its own page, and every one of them happens on a screen you can look at right here.
What it does while you are working.
-
Answering
Your line forwards when you do not pick up. It says who you are, then asks what has gone wrong and where.
-
Booking
It offers a real slot out of your own calendar and writes the job in while you are still under a sink.
-
On-my-way texts
Your customer gets the time you will be there and a link that keeps showing it while you drive.
-
Emergencies
A burst pipe at 2am rings your phone. A price question at 2am does not.
-
Call log
Every call it took, what it heard, and the word it got wrong before it corrected itself.
-
Working hours
It knows which days you work, and books around the days you never do.

What a caller hears on a closed day
Calls still get answered on a closed day. Nothing gets booked into one, and you do not enter the same days again next year.
The call log
What it heard, including the part it got wrong.
Every call is written down. When it mishears something it reads the line back on the call, and the correction wins — but the version it heard first stays underneath, where you can read it.
Nothing is deleted and nothing is quietly rewritten. It is the log you would keep yourself, if you had a hand free at 11:48 at night.
Thursday, 11:48 PM
- Caller said “Fourteen Linden Street, Brookfield.”
- It wrote down 40 Linden StreetMisheard
- It read back “That is 40 Linden Street in Brookfield — have I got the number right?”
- Caller said “Fourteen. One-four.”
- On the job 14 Linden Street, Brookfield
Tuesday, 7:04 AM
- Caller said “Can he come Thursday instead?”
- It wrote down TuesdayMisheard
- It read back “Tuesday the twelfth, eight in the morning. Have I got the day right?”
- Caller said “Thursday. Not Tuesday.”
- On the job Thursday, 8:00 AM
The names, the addresses and the times are made up for this page. The log is the one that ships.
What it costs
You pay when it books you a job.
The job was yours. The $5.99 is what it cost to have it booked while you were under someone else’s sink.
$19.99 a month
$5.99 a booked job
One plan, for one person with one van and one phone number. The month covers the line being answered; the rest is per job, and only when a job actually lands in your calendar.
- Answering, every hour of every day. Included in the month, whatever the call volume.
- On-my-way texts and the tracking page. Included. Message rates are ours, not yours.
- A job it booked into your calendar. $5.99, once, when the job is booked.
Per business, in US dollars. No cap and no contract — you can stop the month whenever you want and the number goes back to ringing your phone.
Never charged.
- A call that did not become a job. Price shoppers, wrong numbers and hang-ups are free.
- A robocall. Not a booked job, so never a charge. It is dropped before it reaches you.
- A charge you disagree with. Open the job, say it was not a real job, and it comes off. No email, no phone call.
Questions
The things people ask before they switch it on.
Eight of them, answered the way we would answer them on the phone — including the three where the honest answer is that it does not do that.
Will my customer know they are talking to a machine?
Yes. It says so in its first sentence, along with the fact that the line is recorded. Nobody is tricked, which is also the law in New York.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. It forwards to us only when you do not pick up, so a call you answer yourself never touches this at all.
Can it give a price over the phone?
It doesn't. It takes the job, the address and what has gone wrong, and tells the caller you will confirm the price. Your pricing stays yours.
What if it takes down the address wrong?
It reads the address back on the call. Afterwards the log shows what it heard and what it corrected, so you can check it in 4 seconds.
Will it book me two jobs in the same hour?
No. It books into the hours you set and around what is already in your calendar. It does not re-plan your day and it never moves a job you booked.
What happens when I am closed?
It answers anyway and books for the next time you are open. Your hours, your days off, and the holidays you keep are all settings you control.
Is it going to text my customers things I did not send?
Two messages, both about their own job: the booking, and the one that says you are on the way. No marketing, ever, and you can read both before they go.
What if it just gets a call wrong?
You will see it. Every call is written down with what it heard and what it did, and a job it should not have booked comes off your bill from inside the app.
See it work first
Call it and hear it answer.
This is the same line that picks up for a working plumber at 11 at night. Ask it anything a customer would. It will try to book you.
